Collecting payments can be a hassle. Sometimes students fall behind with their payments and you occasionally have to address these often difficult situations. Instead, create professional invoices and mail or email them to your students with a custom message and payment due date. If you are teaching children, invoices will be sent to the students' guardians or parents. Save time and get rid of those difficult situations for good!

The recurring invoicing feature enables invoice generation on a weekly or monthly basis. It is available on a per student/guardian basis. Once enabled, invoices will be generated and emailed to both your studio and students/guardians.
